Learning from Eco-social Approaches to Public Health
Jamie has been involved in community-focused social and health research for the past 20 years. He has worked as a volunteer, research administrator, consultant and researcher with multiple Universities, community-based organisations, as well as funders and service providers, on topics ranging from to research administration, community development, climate change, and harm reduction. Another significant aspect of his life is building, creating, and renovating spaces. He and his partner are currently remodeling a former Anglican church in Saint John, New Brunswick. The finished project will be a 2-unit residence, workshop, and business venue.

The fourth story of the Pre-solstice ECHO Pulse event centered around taking notice of 'integratve assessment tools to inform action on climate change'.
This event was an opportunity for Northern Health staff and UNBC to come together to: learn about existing work, tap into northern BC expertise, leverage resources and identify synergies.
