Koh-Learning Community Updates and Reports

The Koh-Learning Program helped inspire and co-create multigenerational and multicultural connections within the Nechako Watershed by bringing youth, educators, and Indigenous and local community members together to learn and tackle complexity across environment, community, and health concerns. Throughout the years, youth have been able to gather and partake in experiential learning opportunities involving water monitoring projects, canoe trips with UNBC graduate students and young adults, land and water-based initiatives, and community-oriented gatherings. In an effort to encourage reciprocity and collaboration within the Nechako Watershed, the Koh-Learning Program has underscored the importance of sharing back lessons and insights with the communities we’ve worked with. A series of 'Community Updates ' have been shared directly with communities and are also available below.

You can access the preliminary reports here: Group Workshops Preliminary Summary Report and Interview Preliminary Summary Report. A copy of Ella's thesis can be found here.
